Documentation overhaul (cleanup branch)

  • Change: AGENTS.md rewritten to reflect all post-initial-commit architectural additions (auth, dual DB clients, Cloudinary, audio player, font preferences, Server Actions). CLAUDE.md updated with the required header prefix.
  • Why: Documentation was last updated at the initial commit and had become significantly stale; upcoming cleanup merge required accurate guidance for AI agents and contributors.
  • Affected Modules: AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md
  • Trade-offs:
    • Pro: Future contributors and AI agents start with accurate context.
    • Con: Documentation is a snapshot; it will drift again unless updated alongside architectural commits.
